Construction

• Frameless cabinets, assembled using hardwood dowels & adhesive.
• Cabinets are fully customizable to any shape or size and are built on site in our Walkerton facility.
  

Gables

• ⅝” thick melamine gables
• ⅝” thick finished, (veneered if stained, mdf if painted) particle core gables where exposed.
• ⅝” plywood available as upgrade

Shelves

• ¾” thick melamine (plywood if upgraded)
• Adjustable where applicable, resting on clear plastic shelf clips Backing
• ⅝” melamine backing

Drawers

• Bottom mounted Grass Dynapro drawer slides, with soft close
• Metal sided white,Grass Vionaro, drawer box construction with ⅝” melamine bottom
• ⅝” melamine, doweled construction drawer box (choice of white or hardrock maple) available as upgrade.
• ⅝” solid birch dovetail drawer boxes also available as upgrade.

Hinges

• Hettich, concealed, 110 degree open, with soft close
• 6 way adjustable, zero clearance hinge Doors
• Painted doors are ¾” or ⅞” thick (depending on door style selected) MDF, finished with 2 coats of primer and 1 coat of tinted 20 sheen lacquer (choice of colours from Benjamin Moore paint line).
• Stained doors are ¾” thick solid rail with ¼” veneer flat panel insert in maple or red oak as standard, finished with sealer and 20 sheen lacquer . Other wood species are available as an upgrade.

Handles

• To be chosen from the standard range (upgrades also available).

Kickboard

• ¼” thick veneer finished to match door colour on a ¾” pine toe kick ladder base.
